I have been working out at Studio Uma for about a year and a half now. In that time, aside from achieving the V02 max of an elite athlete, the body of a 20-year-old and a body fat percentage that is as low as it can healthfully go--all according to a gym's fitness test and all things
I wasn't necessarily striving for, nor would even have thought possible--I have
kept my weak links strong so as to prevent injury in the sports I play and, best
of all, I feel comfortable in my own skin. And, while I am an early bird so
tend to enjoy working out early in the morning, I overheard someone just the other
day say, "This is the only form of exercise that has managed to consistently
get me out of bed in the morning." The new studio is roomy and welcoming and
the folks who work there are very pleasant and helpful. I have tried pretty much everything and this is good stuff.

I am a retired 74 year old army doctor who served in
Vietnam and was exposed to Agent Orange. It caused a brain tumor, which has left me partially weakened on the entire right
side of my body. My condition was at a standstill and I needed a cane for balance and for walking. I had tried gymnasia and
other and other physical therapists with limited or no success.
About
two months ago a friend of mine from London introduced me to Peter Knue, R.N., C.B.I., head of Studio Uma. He and his staff
are upbeat and friendly. They give me complete personal attention. His machines are unique and made to his specification,
all wood and patterned from his designs developed by a Harvard professor. He has guided me through exercises and, even after
this short time; I see a marked improvement in my gait, coordination and balance. I had lived for three years with this condition
and was, at first, incredulous about success with this personal program. He and his staff give me encouragement and constant
personal attention. I am very grateful for being introduced to his studio method.

Once in a blue moon
someone delivers what they say they can deliver. The rest is marketing.
Over
the past thirty years, I have had gyms, health practitioners and trainers tell me what they can do to make my body stronger,
more defined, and healthier. Instead what they really delivered was a remarkable amount of injuries that have incapacitated
my lifestyle, until now.
Studio Uma’s biokinetic
workouts have made me stronger, given me a larger range of motion, improved my posture and speeded up my metabolism. My thighs
are cut and my butt is back where it used to be.
Each and every trainer
has been as good as the one before and I feel they are completely and utterly focused on my well being.
The atmosphere is laid back, the work intense and the aesthetics of the studio,
Zen and relaxing. I find myself doing two and a half hour workouts instead of running out a gym after 45 or 50 minutes.
It will take a long time for the gym culture to get up to speed and see how
to really recondition your body. Studio Uma’s techniques are on the cutting edge. I highly recommend them.

I’ve never had a physical workout like I’ve had using Biokinetics.
I’m never stiff afterwards and I feel like I’ve performed like a triathlete: running, swimming, biking - the other
movements have to be experienced to be believed-

As every
woman knows, to keep your body healthy, beautiful and strong, you have to keep challenging yourself physically. Biokinetics keeps
extending my limits of performance. I feel stronger, taller, more energized, and I know this is just the beginning.

In the past 4 months, the results of using Biokinetics are amazing. I had tried all sorts of weight
training and Pilates, but nothing has been able to give my body the long and lean muscles I had hoped for until now.

Uma has made me more flexible and helped me develop the arm, leg and back strength I needed for my new career. Plus, it’s
lots of fun and the instructors are really nice and knowledgeable.
